Oliver is a Creative Director of Interbrand’s Sydney and Melbourne offices. He is responsible for the creative output, as well as building and maintaining the reputation of Interbrand in Australia.


He believes a strong brand always sits at the heart of any successful organization – having the power to unify stakeholder vision, guide strategic decisions and build customer loyalty. 

Oliver joined Interbrand in July 2012. Before then, Oliver was the Creative Director of The Chase in London, where he helped to make it the most creatively awarded design agency in the world. There, he was responsible for managing and developing brands for a host of FTSE 100 clients including AstraZeneca, Inmarsat, Land Securities, Pearson and Rio Tinto, as well as national institutions such as the BBC, British Council, Marks & Spencer, Orange, and Transport for London. Oliver's current clients include Australia Post, Australian Red Cross, Australian Theatre for Young People, Medibank, Melbourne Theatre Company, Realestate.com.au, Sensis and Woolworths.

Throughout his career Oliver has been consistently recognised by a host of creative awards in numerous categories. Over the last decade he has amassed more than forty national and international awards including a Cannes Gold Lion, Clio Gold, D&AD Pencil (three more ‘in-book’), New York Festivals Gold’s and two Design Week Bulbs amongst other bits of metal and acrylic.

Oliver is active within education – giving lectures and mentoring students as well as judging creative awards.
